An IDEA...

Ever been joking around with your mates and had someone crack an inside joke that has had you all in stitches? How about those times where someone makes the remark "That should totally be on a T-Shirt!" We certainly have had those scuffed conversations... So we thought "why the hell not? Let's put these kind of jokes on a T-shirt!" And so Scuffd was born...

OuR Inspiration

Inspired by conversations, jokes, remarks and popular memes shared with friends and those close to our team. We bring design ideas together to come up with a Scuffd T-shirt design to be enjoyed with the world. Who doesn't love wearing a bit of a meme or joke as a shirt. We only aim to bring a bit of a laugh to a world that really needs it. Making designs intended to make others smile. Don't worry, we do ask first.

But Why Scuffd?

We figured clothing and fashion these days is a bit too name-brand. Where the most well-known brands are the ones most wanted, We're in competition to show off who can afford what - whether we know or not... or want to admit it. We're seeing fewer and fewer gag tees and fun designs out there. Everything is getting more and more chic and subject to consumer culture - almost taking the fun out of graphics. We want to have fun with putting things together, share our fun conversations and jokes with others and pass the joy of those moments on to you. We don't think this is wrong or a bad thing to be into what's fashionable. But we believe everyone should be able to have something fun, lighthearted, hilarious, or downright Scuffd to wear from time to time. Above all, we aim to take life a little less seriously...

We definitely love to lean into the odd and definitely pull some inspiration from the 'low-quality' memes that frequent social media and get tossed around circles of friends internationally. While we are fans of memes - we haven't ruled out putting designs together based on our team's interests and other forms of expression. Our vision is of putting designs together to share with you, as you would share your interests and sense of humour with your own friends.
